"New to area.after researching decided to go with kindercare, however on 1st initial conversation with director she advised thet would separate my twins. I understand some twins may be disruptive together but I do not feel my kids 1st experience in daycare and away from me they should instantly be separated. The situation made me feel as though my child may only be a check to the director and their well being may be 2nd."
"My son attended this school for a little short of a year. During that time we was placed in the 2 year old room, he was 3, because he was not potty trained at time of entering. Prior to his first day I explained he had only ever been kept with family. His first day I was called to pick him up early and told "this was not the right setting" and asked "had I had him tested for autism." My son was in referral at the time. We stayed because I, a special education teacher, knew it was important for him to be given time to adjust and transition. During his first 3 months the director, Ms. Tate, never once said a positive thing about my child to me or his father, but went out of her way to tell me that my child had a bad day and had screamed. We explicitly asked to be contacted when these behaviors were exhibited, we were not once called or texted. When I brought this to the directors attention she said "she needed to do some inward looking" when nothing changed and I was still only being met with negative or silence I called the corporate office. They assured me this was a correct setting for students with special needs. Ms. Tate then informed me my child, 4 years old, would be remaining in the 2 year old room because he was not potty trained, despite the fact it is a common issue for children with Autism. As a special education teacher and parent, I think others should be aware this is "not the right setting" for a child with special needs. I would have loved to know before I trusted them with my child. The only reason we stayed was because of the beautiful souls that were my son's teachers. The curriculum was great and the skills they have taught my son are amazing, however being repeatedly told your child doesn't belong makes it impossible to leave your child in that setting."
"We absolutely love kindercare! Our daughter had made Leo’s sand bound since starting the program! She’s potty training, eating and actually communicating with us which she was not doing before she started. Ms Courtney is a fantastic supervisor and is always ready snd willing to communicate. Ms Autumn is an amazing teacher who really cares about her students. Thank you kindercare!"
"I am very happy with the childcare my son has revceived from KinderCare. When I was pregnant I looked at several different daycares and was very impressed with KinderCare’s infant room polices. Cleanliness is a huge factor for me and learning that everyone who enters the infant room has to wear booties over shoes was a big plus. Every staff member I have encountered has been extremely nice and always positive. My son loves going to see his teachers and friends. It makes it easier for me to leave my child everyday knowing he is in good hands."
"We love kindercare. They have been an extension of our family for 9 years now. We wouldn’t change a thing. Courtney and Audrey are amazing leaders that inspire the best from a wonderful team of educator/caregivers. Our family has always felt loved and nurtured here."
