"***Roaches*** . The manager says they come from the woods and there is nothing they can do. Disgusting , dirty hotel and housekeepers hang around stalking you until you leave. They don't speak English. Look at the disgusting beds I attached. Fire these housekeepers now! This place is disgusting. they got their act together with quality housekeepers and maintenance it would be five star but they are trying to save money. 100.00 bank hold until checkout because the cliental they have obviously can't be trusted. I wouldn't trust these housekeepers to check the room anyway. Housekeeping all family just like every quality inn. Old ladies with poor English and socal skills. Low energy. Room was okay. Bathtub stained, bed old and worn..we know they don't change every rotation, however if your house keeps are blind and lazy, they won't notice such basic. Light switches, surfaces not wiped. Luggage racks not wiped. Floor sticky. I wiped the AC buttons on unit and the rag was black from everyone's fingers, gross. Outlets in integrated appliances not working. Battery dead in smoke detector , doesn't work after I tested it for safety. Breakfast good, no proteih option or eggs. Coffee good. Pool closed. Towels smell and are stained, unusable so bring your own. Top spread stained from previous user. Comforter stained from previous guest. Housekeepers are a bit strange. They need training on customer service but you can tell this is the only job they ever had. Property clean and well lit. I wouldn't return mainly due to the housekeepers being weird just like most choice hotel properties and the rooms not being checked consistently for maintenance issues. Put your blinders on or come in wasted and you might not notice. The choice is yours. Such basic things to not be done but when your housekeepers work 7 days a week and are this sloppy and never get training, what do you expect? Why doesn't management realize their houskeeps suck and from the reviews it's clear, why do they keep these old ladies doing this job instead of hiring professionals? Blows my mind."
"Where do i began.... "During my four-night stay at the Quality Inn Airport Southeast in late November for a motorcycle race at Barber Motorsports Park, I experienced a mixed but ultimately positive stay. The rooms were decent, though they could have been cleaner, particularly the bathrooms. However, considering the affordability, it was a fair deal. We encountered a hiccup with no hot water mid-stay, but the staff promptly accommodated us by changing our room, resolving the issue. The beds provided satisfactory comfort for a good night's rest. As well as the air-conditioner and heater worked well (Yes, we needed both as the weather changed quick.) Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to fellow travelers heading to Birmingham, Alabama!"
"I requested ground floor because we can not do steps we are both using walkers due to health. Checking in the man never smiled welcome us or made eye contact. He ask for license credit card told us a 100 hold will be on card and gave us keys to room 236 we told him we needed ground floor or close to elevator. His answer was no elevator I told him we can not do steps his answer is that's all we have. And we dont give refunds. You already paid.i thought he was rude not a bit friendly and a room. 136 1st floor curtain was open and that room was available no one was there our whole 1 nt stay curtains was open the full time"
"Breakfast was waffle maker, a packs of instant oatmeal. Chocolate chip muffins, apple. 2% milk in a dirty carafe. Fridge had cream cheese for bagel and butter. Extremely limited foods. My breakfast this morning was an apple. Top sheet was very rough so was the towels. I paid for mountain view he tried to give me a room facing Hampton Hotel. I had to use odo-ban in the room. Wasp nest on the rail outside. Littered parking lot.."
