"Do not buy Best brand furniture from this store or any other. This sofa was delivered in March of 22. The seat on my end went flat along with the lumbar area. I am no A big woman. A couple of months ago I went to the store and told this to Sam. Eventually a man came came a put more stuffing in the lumbar area. The seat was not on his work order. I would have to contact the store. She responded that the cushion only had a one year warranty. The extra $179 warranty is worth nothing don't buy one. A sofa should hold up longer than a year and a half."

"Our sales lady was nice and personable, so much so, that we made plans to return for additional purchases. Unfortunately there were a couple of mistakes made by the staff during the write-up/purchasing process, which we understood to have been taken care of, based on conversations held at the end of our visit during check out. The mistake was not explained to us in detail, but a general statement was made that if we had been over charged ,we would be refunded the amount, or if we had been under charged they would just honor the amount that had already been processed. We understood, I mean, we are all human and mistakes happen, that's no big deal.When we got home and assembled our furniture, realized a piece was missing. We call the next morning to let them know. We received a return call from the manager Sam. She explained the mistake that was made (a reasonable oversight, someone simply did not write up the last piece of the furniture) . She explained that we could pick up the piece and pay for it. I tried to explain to her the conversation from the day before, and we were told if we were undercharged that it would be honored. We were not told we would be missing a piece of our sectional which would make it impossible to use 2 of the 3 recliners. Sam DID NOT want to hear anything I had to say, even when I tried to tell her that I am not trying to give her a hard time, just trying to inform her of what we were told the day before. Sam became very defensive, rude, and absolutely distasteful in her approach to reconcile. At the end of the call she made unprofessional accusations and made it clear that, we, the customer, caused her a loss. We arrived to pick up the missing piece, I spoke to our sales person who was extremely nice and apologetic. We had a good conversation where I voiced concern about 2 spots on our new furniture and how to get them fixed. She said we had to go talk to Sam, so we did. Sam did not introduce herself just told me "here is your new paperwork if you can live with it" and continued to be very rude and unprofessional. When we tried to mention the spots she said our only option was to swap it with the piece from the show room floor. I informed her that the floor piece had snags and scratches which were worse than our piece. She just shrugged her shoulders and snarled. So not only will we not be going back as planned. Now we have a very expensive piece of furniture that has issues that need to be addressed and I do not feel comfortable getting help from the store. So we feel stuck with no help. I was beside myself at how disrespectful and careless a so called "manager" could be. She definitely needs further coaching on conflict resolution and customer approach. All we want is to get our new couch fixed so we can enjoy it."

"Don’t waste your time here. I’ve purchased from here in the past(many thousand dollars), and they will no longer get my business. The manager Sam made an absolutely rude and ridiculous statement to me today. I had some furniture that I was purchasing for a place I had planned to move in to but ended up deciding to fix and flip it, so I no longer needed the furniture and cancelled that order. Well, Sam saw me today, and clearly I HAD been in the store alot(never again!), because she said, “Hey Matt, I’m Sam, we’ve talked before. You wasted the sales persons time and tied up a piece of furniture when you cancelled your order.” She said a few other things negative, but at that point I was done. I told her, I’m in sales and get it. But she wanted to keep on about it. So I told her, that’s fine, I’ll take my money somewhere else and I’ll never be back and started to walk out. She said that’s not it, but I didn’t hear the rest and walked past my sales guy, and told him I’m never coming back, you can thank Sam for that. My sales guy had always been an amazing guy, helps out, but if people like Sam are “so-called” managers who tell a customer they are wasting your time, then I won’t waste my money on people who don’t appreciate their customers. I was in the store to spend almost 5000 for furniture for my new home, but not now, not ever. Go somewhere else if you want people who appreciate your hard earned money!!!"
