Sweetz Bar & Grille 4167 W 183rd Street, Country Club Hills, IL 60478

"We stood in line 30 minutes outside in cold prior to opening because flyer stated to arrive early. Since we were the 6th person in line we felt pretty good about getting seats but to our surprise once the doors opened we quickly found out that EVERY seat was marked reserved except the bar which quickly filled up. We asked the bartender if we could sit on the couches at the back and she said yes. After 10 minutes, a staff person came to tell us that the seats were reserved for the band and he would look to see if he could find somewhere else for us to sit. Of course he never came back instead an extremely rude member of the Delivery Point band "drum player" told us to get up. We have hired this band several times for a fundraising event and would never had expected this behavior from one of its member. We left as there was no place to sit and I don't patronize any place with poor customer service. As we walked out the door the staff said the owner likes to reserve all tables. We will never return to Sweetz Bar and Grill. Horrible customer service. Zero stars"

"The most rudest ppl that work here. We been there for 15min. We order a drink. They tell us we have to go. They took our money. But wouldn't let us finish our cocktail after patronizing their business. They told the birthday girl to leave after, just receiving her food. Bad for business. I will not be back to spend another dime with this disrespectful off brand hole in the wall bar."

"They need a better DJ. If the crowd is not getting up nor singing to any of the songs play something else. It's not about what you want to hear. You supposed to please the crowd."
