"The girl with a short brown bob cut yanked my wii u cord out of the socket, then told me to take my stuff and go somewhere else. When I asked to please hook my system back up and make sure it still worked she said no and told me to get out several times. A woman named Tammy was very helpful and hooked my system back up for me as the other woman sourly complained and told me to leave the entire time. I have had a system crash by improperly shutting it down before... I don't usually pawn things... but with the whole corona thing things have gotten really tight. She had every right to refuse her service for whatever reason.... but it would have been nice to hear a reason... and receive even a slightly better attitude. All while she was on the telephone."
