"I was passing through during a business trip and it was in the middle of the night. I was exhausted and I hate having to stop at hotels in the middle of the night because they in my experience are rude and there are usually limited to no rooms left. However, when I went inside, it was the most clean, friendliest experiences that I have ever had at a hotel. It smelled cleaned, the decor and layout were eye pleasing, and the staff were as warm and welcoming as could be! I do not usually do reviews, but I needed to do this one to inform anyone that if you are in this location and need a place, I highly recommend this location! Thank you to all the wonderful staff that makes this possible. It really shows how hard you all work to make this a wonderful experience. This trip was during November of 2023 and the general manager at the time I visited was Cierra Crayton. I made sure to grab a card!"

"Good place to stay. Been busy but quiet every time we have stayed there over the last month. Book early. Breakfast is horrible, but breakfast places are across the street and close. But typical for free breakfast every where except high end hotels. Made a reservation last night if that helps. LOL for the area it's the nicest hotel to me!!! And I am picky."

"Two stays, one would be 4 stars, the other 2, so I'll average. First stay was decent, but they had loud guests (yourh group) and not enough hotel staff to man the desk and work to get the guests to behave. Second stay, room wasn't cleaned very well. Pull-out sofa was a mess, looks like previous guests ate crackers on the mattress pad, thankfully no sheets were on so we could notice. It had a good location for us, but next time we'll choose someplace else."

"Super friendly front desk folks, with a clean and modern lobby. My room was a bit worn, however. Bathroom door had been wiped down...never. Dust was in places that should be regularly dusted. There was bad patchwork from previous drywall repairs. The bed was comfy, however. Breakfast was really good, and again the front desk came through in helping me print an email when the on-site business center failed. The personnel made this location even better."

"This was by far the worse stay we have ever had. We stayed 2 days. Because of a cold shower in the first room, they put us in another room, that shower was ice cold also. The washer also did not work right. Everytime we asked the front desk for help, their answer was I don't know. What a horrible experience!!!! Their favorite expression was I'm sorry. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again!"
