"This USPS location is one of the worst I have experienced. The people working here are super slow, the workers talk a lot between them, with the customers and when it gets full they usually say "oh our systems are down, cash only". Moreover they like to keep the fans on inside even when it is super cold. It is a form of torture while you wait in line. They will waste your time in every way possible, do yourself a favor and try another USPS location. This place definitely needs a change of staff and management. (*THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL WORKER HERE IS ERIC, EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY*)."
"Something really needs to be done about this post office , they don’t even deliver mail , you call and report nothing happens , for the last 3months I haven’t been receiving mail , I’ve been at the same address for 7yrs , I’ve had to pay late fees on my bills all because I haven’t received the physical bill , this is horrible , what else can you do , this is horrible ."
"Worst customer service ever! I had a lady named Oneka help me with some packages and she is the most awful service member in the whole place. She does not speak up so it's hard to hear what she's saying. She scowls the entire time as if she hates her life, and is so rude if you mess something up. I do not recommend coming here. Drive to Northport if you need to ship something."
"I was shipping books, and I told the guy I was shipping books. He charged me full price for shipping like it was other stuff. He was very rude and treated me as if why am I here. He huffed and puffed at everything. The line was 9 people deep when I arrived and 10 when I left. Everyone here needs to be evaluated and hopefully fired. New staff is needed people who actually like the job. And to the people who work here... NO ONE, but YOU is making you work here! You can go be rude at ANY other job that isn't customer facing. Thanks-The people"
