"This is a very busy Casey’s located in Marshall, IL. The bathrooms were pretty clean."

"Has three cash registers. Only one in use at a time. Line is more time than not wrapped around the store by the drink coolers. Doesn't matter if it's 7:30-8:00 in the morning on the weekdays or noon on Saturday. Very poor management Update: Still cannot go to this store without spending at least 10 minutes in line. Built a bigger Casey's to help with the high customer volume, then runs less cash registers. It makes zero sense."

"Standing in line for over 5 minutes, woman at counter just walked away and never came back. Young man had to chase her down to wait on customers."

"They can't ever get orders correct. Their wings aren't sauced at all, it's just frozen wings put in an oven. I called about my order being incorrect and they offered to have the pizzas remade. I asked multiple times for the lady on the phone to confirm with me what toppings were going to be used and I got the same "ok, we'll have that done for you soon" response every time I asked until I just gave up and hung up the phone. I wouldn't recommend buying hot food here and I wouldn't recommend the gas either. You can go right down the street not even 5 mins and get gas cheaper at marathon. Update on the pizza remade: I went back to pick up the new pizza and checked it in the store to make sure the toppings were correct, and they again made the pizza incorrect. They got the correct toppings this time, but put them all on the wrong sides. I didn't feel like waiting another 15-30 mins to have a pizza made again since it was already 8 PM at this point."

"I ordered pizzas a few months ago to be delivered. The person on the phone repeated my order and told me my price. Never showed up. When I called they said they didn't have my order. Tonight I ordered 3 large pizzas said can be picked up in an hour. Went to pick up pizzas an hour 5 minutes later, they haven't even started them. They told my son when he went to get them that they told me on the phone they would start my order in an hour. WTH. Never heard of a place telling you that. Plus it was a big lie."
