"Waited in a 15 minute line got up to the window and got our food and drinks pulled off and took a drink of my freezie and it was completely watered down the front door was locked so I went back threw the drive threw were I waited another 10 minutes for the “manager” to tell me it wasn’t like that and if I want a new one I can buy a new one then closes the window and when I called and asked to speak to a different manager I got hung up on"

"A roommate of mine had gotten supper for us and when he ordered and got his burritos their was special instructions to have no other veggies on them but they still put jalapeños on it and did not explain to him that their would be jalapeños on it. When he called to tell them they screwed up on the order, they told him since he ordered those specific burritos that what he got. I'm very disappointed in the service this taco bell has given. The customer service that this restaurant produce is way below sub par. I will not recommend this to any of my friends or family."
