"Went here with my partner on a Monday evening—ordered white bean soup, plus muhammara as appetizers. The bean soup was ok, but the muhammara is AMAZING, I would not pass up the chance to try this, and I would order it every time I go back. We also got the fish (cod) and pork tenderloin medallions, which were both super good, but the cod was our favorite (the soup base was warm, buttery, and flavorful). Finally, we got the chocolate pudding for dessert, which reformed my opinion on the dish—it was delicious! The service could have been better, but the food was wonderful and the company was even better :)"
"Great outside spot on a cool evening. The fountain and location made for a great environment. Service was OK, not great. We were not offered outside seating and had to ask for it. I also was not asked if I liked the table I was first sent to. Server walked past a couple times without looking at us while we were waiting for him. I had an empty cup twice before he noticed. I over tipped and regret it. Food was OK and more expensive than warranted. Duck texture was great although the sauce was not as good in my opinion as I've had at other places for duck--for example, Siam House. Duck portion was less than expected. Fish was good--would recommend. Burger was $20 with fries and quite boring. I could taste the seasoning on the burger which was good. The bun and everything else on it made me feel like I grilled my own and got stuff from Kroger. You can get a way better and more memorable burger for less money at Bru. Fries were great; I like hand-cut with the skin still on it. They were perfectly crisp, warm, and seasoned well. Dessert was good. I had the butterscotch option per the server's recommendation. I did not have drinks. There was a wide selection of drinks, and I feel like that is the reason to come here. If I come back it will be to get drinks but probably not any food. Overall the bill was over $100 plus a generous tip. Not a bad time on a quiet Monday evening but more expensive than it was worth."
"Our first visit there with no reservations on a Friday night. We had a great experience. Wait wasn't too long. Menu looked great. Ordered a couple of drinks that came to the table quickly and tasted wonderful! The food, service and atmosphere were also fantastic. They have indoor and outdoor seating. This was a great little find!"
