"Waited at the door 15 minutes. Place was not busy at all. Overstaffed , employees continued to walk right past us. Food was served cold. Ordered 12 wings , buffallo chicken tots. And a kids meal. Not good at all We then had to wait nearly 30 minutes after eating to get a check. Which we never got finally went up to the register. The place was dead. No reason or excuse for the bad food or service."

"They disconnect the phone most of the times. I hardly get the correct order and always have to wait there for 15 Mins even after placing an order 45 Mins before. The people at the cash register and taking orders need some training. Service has bad since few months."

"I would just not rate the food if I could since I haven't gotten it yet. Had to go to the bar to get drinks from the courteous bartender after it took our "server" 45 minutes to even put them in. The host, other servers, and managers all seem fine. It is our server that is awful by every conceivable measure of service. Y'all need a higher standard for releasing people as servers. Our server seemed highly untrained, disinterested, and started avoiding us after she realized we were still waiting. Worst experience I've ever had at a bdubbs. Pitiful."

"We came in Friday night 1/5/24 at 640pm. We were greeted and seated promptly by your host. Sat at a both that still had food crumbs on table and seat..the waitress destiny greeted promptly and we stayed we were ready and had our order ready as for we had plans to catch a show after. He ordered a miller lite myself a mt dew....about 15 min later the bartender arrives with his beer and I still had not received my drink so the bartender brought me one....another 15 passes still no food witch was a nacho app and six boneless wings. I had to walk to the bar to retrieve a second beer for my partner due to not seeing our waitress stop at our table yet her others..the party of for that arrived after us received their food and yet we had not...if she would have told us she pocketed the ticket we would have understood yet she avoided the table and left the experience as a terrible one...we left wo eating after 50 min....."

"Crazy small amount of food for the price. The size of the boneless wings keep getting smaller and smaller. This picture is $23 worth of wings. Also didn’t receive the celery or blue cheese in my order."
