"Warsaw locatio uses Door Dash for delivery. The driver could not communicate verbally and typed on his phone he needed more cash 37 and some chage. The bill was 27 and change my son already had paid 40.00 and let the driver keep the change for a tip. My wife had to pay 3.00 more dollars on top of that. I called the store and was rudely spoken to like I should have known DoorDash delivers for them. In any case Pappa John's has no responsibility for drivers actions due to the fact DoorDash delivers."
"I informed the person that took my order that they had to be at a location at 10 PM. I said it had to be that time because of lunchtime. And now I’m finding out they will not be here until my lunch is over. They do not care."
"Poor customer service. The last two times I have ordered they have gotten my order wrong! The pizza had a big air bubble in it. The only thing we could eat was the stuffed crust around the edge. When they replaced it we didn’t even get stuffed crust! The manager said he was standing next to the girl that took our re order and didn’t hear us say it was stuffed crust! I repeated 3 times. They were not friendly at all. I’m not going there again. Warsaw Papa Johns has really gotten bad!!"
"We ordered a large thin crust with LIGHT Bbq sauce, chicken, bacon and pineapple. The first pizza we got had a LONG BLONDE HAIR BAKED INTO THE CHEESE. Gross! We called and they send out a replacement pizza and it is heavy BBQ and burnt. I'm sorry but shouldn't they be making sure a replacement pizza it perfect going out. You guys not only dropped the ball once but TWICE! I think we will be going with PIZZA HUT from now on. They take care of their customers."
