"I am not pleased with the customer service I received today. I placed a call to order 54 chickens for inmates at the facility I work for. They never asked when I needed them, and the individual I spoke to at the bakery/deli was downright rude. I even spoke to the store manager and still no assistance. I ended up going with their competitor (Costco) and they provided exceptional service. Costco will now receive our business with regard to the inmates and staff as this will be an ongoing request for the facility."

"The cafe line was too long of a wait. They need a kiosk like Costco. And more than 1 person taking orders, getting pizza out of the oven, and taking orders. A kiosk would help. But one person cooking and one person doing everything else is terrible customer service. Then the line to leave was too long! One person checking receipts on Sunday was ridiculous! The line was almost too the cafe. This was my 2nd time going to Sam's club, and I was very frustrated."

"I received my groceries in a timely manner, but did not have 2 items that I had ordered. Walmart will send a notice when something is unavailable. I ordered the chicken pot pies because we are all sick and I felt it would be simple to just pop it in the oven. I didn't get out to check my order as I didn't want to infect the worker. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed it was missing. Very frustrating."

"If you're a delivery truck driver. You need to pay attention to this Sam club. It is very small. Here, you have some pictures of the only entrance for truck deliveries."

"Normal Sams experience. Selection varies from week to week. Employees friendly and helpful. We order from here as well for pickup and delivery and love that. Good pizza and hotdogs. Tons of electronics."
