"Have been checking out local butchers in town since I moved here recently and I'm glad I stopped in here. Business is clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Left with some jalapeno cheese sausage and confirmation on where I'm buying brisket from once I get the smoker set back up!"

"After spending $700 for a quarter of beef I had high expectations of good pasture raised beef with a rich meaty taste. Going through different cuts, steak, roast, ground I have kept getting grainy and stringy meat with low flavor. Half the ¼ package was bones. I have never had worst meat than this unless I count Costcutter years back!! It was rotten meat so that would be why it is last in line! Horrible. Do not waste your money. This is outright horrid. We throw out half of what we cook."

"Heard about this place from a North Alabama Agriplex Food and Farm Guide. Dad wanted some beef ribs for Fathers Day and so I stopped in and picked up a verity of meat products. I am a huge Beef Jerky fan and so had to buy some from Brickyard. I got some Meat sticks and Old Fashioned Beef Jerky. It was amazing!!! Both Dad and I loved it!! I think I have found a new place to get my Jerky from! I can not write a review at this time about the Beef Ribs, Pork Ribs, Sausage, Polish sausage, or Ground Beef. I am sure it is going to be wonderful! I could have waited until after Fathers day and wrote the review on all of it. However, The Jerky is a slam dunk and for that alone I am giving 5 stars and will be back for more!! It is hard to find good old fashion Beef Jerky! I will update review at a later time. I will also get some pictures of the Jerky next time!"
