Red Lobster

"My husband has never been to Red lobster so we went for the first time today on a Sunday, went around 4:45 5:00, was seated we got drinks and we ordered an appetizer. Had to ask for refills, waitress was barely there, was brought three baskets of biscuits and had already eaten our appetizer. Was told three times that the food was almost ready, 2 hours and 15 minutes later I got my southwest shrimp salad and he got his cajun chicken linguini. His chicken was warm but his pasta was cold. Only one piece of the shrimp I got in my salad was warm and the rest were cold. Also I went to use the restroom after I ate and the bathroom was disgusting. The paper towels were overflowing the garbage and in the floor, there was urine left in a toilet and toilet paper all in that stall. It did not smell fresh in there at all. Almost like no one had came in there since shift change to check the trash. I used to love Red lobster and wanted my husband to have a good experience but he unfortunately did not and we won't be going back."

"I usually LOVE Red Lobster but this time the food was just so-so…barely hot and portions seemed a bit on the small side. The table we were directed to sit at had not been bussed properly and needed re-cleaning. Biscuits and service were excellent as always. We took our Strawberry Cheesecake dessert to-go and enjoyed every bite st home. It was early New Year’s Eve, so maybe everyone at the restaurant was just getting warmed up. I will return to Red Lobster again:)"

"Came in for lunch today. It was a nice quiet atmosphere, and the service was excellent. Korea was very good. Avery was on his game. I watched him interact with several tables. He made sure we felt important as he brought food out and got us some of those delicious biscuits! Loved the flounder! Just a great experience."

"Duran was a great server and gentleman even welcomed us by opening the door! Food was great and delicious! Restaurant has lots of space and nautical decorations…. Service has declined with young people that don’t communicate or that don’t act professional the whole time and very slow. Didn’t get forks until after food was served."

"We had a good time celebrating my sister’s birthday at Red Lobster. Our waitress Nicole was extremely kind and did a great job. All of the employees were kind and sang Happy Birthday to my sister. The food was delicious! We enjoyed our meal. The food was hot and delicious! The carpet needs replaced in the restaurant. It was horrendous to look at. Throughout the restaurant there are stains all over the place. It doesn’t look good for business. The men’s bathroom could use some work as well. There is a heater and caution sign under the sink that should be placed somewhere else if they are not being used. I take into consideration aesthetics and cleanliness when I give reviews. There needs to be some updates made to the restaurant."
