"The in-store customer service was fine when placing my order but be warned- do not order online, even if a store representative helps you. I had a horrible experience with a return where basically the store and online department which received my product refused to refund my money. Since I paid in store with debit but returned product by shipping- both sides said they couldn’t issue me refund. Finally, it went through after I had to get customer service on phone. I’ve never had an experience like this in any place of business."
