"Use to love buying and selling here. Now it’s just a complete waste of time. Took two huge totes in. Spent an hour nicely organizing and laying flat as requested. All name brand clothes in like new condition. Some with tags still on. All seasons as they said they were taking. Once I walked in the kids working rolled their eyes and told me if I wanted to stay in store it would take over an hour. Told them that was fine that I wanted to shop. 20 minutes later I get a text that my pickup is ready? Hardly took anything and offered very little payout. Not to mention when I went to pickup my passed items the same girls that rolled their eyes at me earlier said “so you’re not going to donate the rest?” with an extreme attitude. I told her no, that I do sometimes but this time I have a lot of nice quality items that I can take somewhere else and get some money out of them to buy my kids more clothes. Not to mention my nicely organized clothes were all tossed back in and wadded up (probably to make it look like they actually looked through my items). Selection is terrible now (maybe they should actually buy some nice items) but it stains and snags and ridiculous prices. Definitely not coming back anymore. Don’t waste your time."

"I was able to find snow pants, jackets, gloves and warm pajamas for my great grandsons. They are new to northern winters and needed to be completely outfitted to play in snow for the first time. I was glad to see the good quality and minor visible wear on everything I looked at. Much of the clothing looked like new. In fact, the gloves were new with tags on. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely shop here again!"
