"Entering this store armed only with the idea that it is a gift shop in a very small town, one might expect to find a limited supply of overpriced, cheaply made items. That would be a very false assumption. The store is in fact very efficiently stocked with the complete Melissa and Doug collection (high-quality toys and books, etc.) as well as a variety of other useful and unique items such as baby and toddler clothing, greeting cards, and more. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful and is never pushy. This shop is a great secret that more people should look into for wonderful gifting and supplies for their own children as well."
