"I've come here a few times, and although it is well stocked the feeling I get is very unwelcoming, makes me just want to go somewhere else or shop online. You'd think a children's clothing store or anything children related would bring some smiles to people, especially the ones that work there. Unfortunately, I don't see myself shopping here again."

"Coming in the store and getting a supper bad attitude made me realize I don’t have to go in just buy online, 3 employees one of them greet me nicely but the one at the registered gave me a look that said ‘’ it’s not your turn yet waiting on that lady “ and again it was a look she just needed to suck her teeth to complete the attitude face , how was I supposed to know if she did not verbally communicated me what was happening, I really hope this comment arrives to managers, franchise owners, ect So this does not happened I understand it’s Friday but we are not responsible for what ever happens in there private life or why even get a job doing customer service This is not acceptable Not at all The good thing the one that greeted me help me out I am sure that this girl knew why the other one was upset or maybe always has an attitude I saw reviews and I’m almost sure is the same girl And I really hope I get an answer to my email I wanna make sure me message got thru."

"This was my 1st time in a Carters store and I must say I really liked it. The store was very organized, clean and the girls were very helpful. There was a shirt that I wanted to purchase but it wasnt in the size I needed. So they had it shipped to my home and I even applied for the credit card! My girls love their new outfits and I must say we will take the drive to shop again. Thanks Carters, you've made me a new happy customer."

"Very well organized store. Always very nicely stocked. Very clean easy to find kids clothes or sizes. Friendly customer service only reason i didn’t give them 5 stars is because every time I visit the long lines waiting to be checked out."

"One of the worst shopping experiences ever! I have been a loyal Carter's customer for almost 4 years and when word spread about this new location I decided to go check it out. Both times I was here, the employees failed to greet customers as they walked in the door. Three female employees were standing behind the registers gossiping and failed to notice I had even entered the store. No one told me about door busters and other sales they had going on, I found out an hour later after I was ready to checkout and over heard another customer mentioning it. A Caucasian woman, who appeared to be the manager made me feel uncomfortable. She kept glancing at me as to be watching what I was doing every five minutes. Other employees were then following me around while I was shopping but I ignored them and continued to pick out dresses for my 3 year old. A week later I went in again to return a few items that did not fit my daughter, and the same manager was there. Her facial expression was unpleasant when she saw I was bringing items back. She rudely approved the transaction for the cashier and walked away. They failed to mention they had a dressing room behind a locked door, if I had known, I would've had my daughter try on everything in the store to avoid the hassle of going back. I've been shopping at Carter's for almost 4 years and never had a negative experience. I will definitely be sticking to the Bedford Park location instead. They are more friendly and experienced in customer service."
