"I shop here often and DO NOT USE the self check. I pay too much for groceries to do your job of ringing and bagging my groceries. Lately even though I'm going to a full service lane, my groceries are bagged and left on the check out lane for me to put in my cart. You've got to do better Kroger. If I wanted to do this myself, I'd go to self check."

"Very busy but that just means ots a good place to shop. Good service. Good selection. Nothing to complain about other than the u-scanners. They are horrible. They don't detect scans when you scan things. They over detect things when you haven't scanned anything. Takes twice as long as it should to check out when using u-scan."
