"Imagine going to make a small purchase at Office Depot. You ask for help. A rude employee begrudgingly helps you. Unfortunately for you, you use the "wrong" descriptive word in describing what you need. Then imagine having five employees and a manager lose their collective minds. They come out from the aisles to literally scold and harangue you for using the "wrong word" while you're trying to check out. Yes, you too can enjoy this kind of superior customer service at Office Depot you if you use a word they don't like. I was told by a manager, "We expect a certain level of professionalism" while trying to leave. Maybe take your own advice. You sell printer paper. Get over yourselves. I'll admit, these folks are ahead of the curve. This happened some time ago. They were "woke" when it was only "politically correct." Next time you stop by use a politically incorrect word and you too can watch the employees turn feral."
