Red Roof Inn Evergreen

"I stayed here the other night, I was just passing through with my 2 dogs. Willie at the front desk was very nice. My room, not so much. It looked like someone else had been in the room and switched rooms or left. There were no towels of any kind, there was a puppy pee pad in the garbage, and the soap (still wrapped) was on the floor between the toilet and tub. The TV barely worked, the remote was the most disgusting remote I had ever seen, I couldn't turn on the hvac fan because it was unplugged and the prongs were bent. The wrapped plastic cups had holes in them, looked like something was nibbling on them. The bed was the best looking thing in the room, if it had looked dingy I would have left, but I was so tired from driving that I stayed. All my belongings stayed in the bags, I didn't want them to touch anything. I woke up early and was out the door within 10 min. I hope I don't get bed bugs. I do not recommend staying here. Next time I stay at a Red Roof Inn, it will have to have 4.5 stars, if not, I'll sleep in my car."

"Check-in took almost half an hour... in the room, the lamps don't work, the TV doesn't work, and more importantly, the heater doesn't work, and there are roaches. In the morning, while getting my purse, I saw them running. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. This time, I was tired and didn't read before doing reservations. Thankfully, the bed was comfy, and that is our whole point of paying a hotel while traveling. Getting a comfortable bed to rest a few hours to keep going to our destination."

"Just a cheap motel, customer service was excellent. The bed was comfortable, but the TV didn't get any clear channels, and the sound would go in and out. Other than that, a good place at a good price."

"Red Roof is my go to especially when traveling with pets..... and stay often throughout my travels. A first in my experience....I received a call from the front desk asking if my room seemed "in order". I had barely walked in, how am I to know!? However...... Although the building and rooms are very dated and worn, I can't say that I wouldn't book here again. It served it purpose as a night of rest on my 1200 mile journey. It was a bit of disappointment that the cable/tv connection was dismal to say the least....with sound that cuts in and out, lines continually in the picture and very few channels to choose from. But! I had a working microwave, in room coffee maker, fridge, iron and hair dryer. The bed was decent with clean sheets and plenty of pillows. (Although I ALWAYS bring my own) It isn't the standard that I have come to expect from Red Roof experiences but not the worst out of ALL of my travels. It just needs some improvements."

"I manage an Elderly/Handicap property, and it is currently being renovated so, we had to relocate many of our residents whom do not have family. I called other hotels to get prices, all hotels were approximately the same in price. But, Red Roof Inn saw our dilemma of having so many people to relocate, they offered us a great price for approximately 10 rooms. The rooms were clean and the staff have gone above and beyond to meet our every need. We have been staying there since late August and it is now late November. We all can find something to complain about but our experience has been great. For future needs, I will be calling Red Roof Inn. Thank you to all employees and the Manager for your great service, meeting our needs and giving us clean rooms."
