"Do not order anything online. I purchased two pair of Nike slides that are not sized correctly. My son currently wears a size 5c in Nike. I sized up ordering an 8c and they are still to small. I followed the return instructions online to return both pair. I was NEVER informed on any cost to return the shoes. Today I received an email stating my return will be for $14.20 when I paid $21.19. I was charged 6.99 per shoe to return them. I was never informed or agreed to the $13.98 in fees to return my order that is clearly sized incorrectly."
"Bought a pair of shoes, took them home with out trying them on, tried them on at home they were a half size big. I put them right back in the box and went to return them, I was told they were unsalable. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Left with a gift card for less than what I paid for the shoes."
