USA Nails

"I had to give them a one star to even be able to leave feed back so my first time using usa nails in hueytown omg ket me tell yall don't waste your time or money the owner is a man he is rude unprofessional as I don't know what I have used nails salons all over an dead awesome experience but here they need to be shut down the man shakes so much he had my real.nails so covered in glue and cracked he told ne to leave because he didn't like that I told him my nails was cracked if I'm paying for something I wnat it did right like anyone would"

"The lady who did my nails was unfriendly. I've been getting my nails done over 30 years. I expect niceness when I spend $110.00 in 1 visit. Lady who did my pedicure was awesome."

"Horrible management. I was yelled at for asking the nail tech to repaint one nail that she put an "anchor" on. The "anchor" looked like a 3 year old painted it. But I nicely asked her to just paint it a solid color instead, and she said something to the manager or owner. He proceeded to yell at me and talk about me to other customers. I still regret paying for the service I received, but was at a total loss as to what I could do, as I had never had this happen. Do. Not. Go. Here. I was so embarrassed, and I did nothing wrong. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area that are actually nice and professional."

"I did not want to give them the star that I gave them. I walked in and the guy looked at me as if I did not belong there; when I told him want wanted which was my old nails soaked off and redone. He said we don't take off nails. What nail shop is it that don't soak off nails?"

"The worst I have ever had my nails done. Horrible experience had to go somewhere and have them redone. AWFUL!!! Not shaped good , not the color I picked out, acrylic up on my cuticles, hanging on everything especially my hair when I put my hands thru it. Streaks in the old polish. DO NOT GO HERE !!!"
