"I just visited Sally's in Bessemer, AL and had a great experience. The staff went above and beyond what I expected them there to do. Monse ( one of the sales associates) greeted me with a warm, helpful and inviting smile and right away I needed help. She was approachable and ended up assisting me with all of my items. Once I reached the register, Antoinette (the other sales associate), continued to help like how to take of colored hair and several other helpful suggestions, without feeling pressure to buy other items that I wasn't ready to buy. Anyway, If you are ever in Bessemer, you should definitely drop and enjoy the experience...."
"This store is often closed with no explanation during business hours. Poorly stocked and very transient employees. Often has old merchandise on shelf and very little of that. Managers rarely last long so there’s no continuity or responsibility if a customer has a problem. Sally’s needs to fix it or close it permanently"
"Went in to get a bottle of cantu apple cider vinegar with tea tree, told the lady I didn't need help and she proceeded to follow me in the aisle I'm in and ask what I'm looking for. I’ve got social anxiety so having the lady ignore my request was not cool. I quickly left the store without what I came for. I didn’t even get the chance to look at the other products Sally's had to offer."
"This review actually deserves no stars. Before moving this Sally’s has always been my go to but today after my visit I’m willing to travel further to a different location because the staff member (no name tag) was beyond rude! After asking for a specific product she pointed me to the direction and never opened her mouth. Then at check out I had make her repeat my total because she all but whispered it to me. I mean if you’re not happy with job just quit!"
