"Horrible management of store. I walked into the store to look around and was approached by a sales rep. This was all good and I planned on making a purchase. But then I was approached by the manager and I was told she had a better sales rep for me. I informed her I was happy with Jesse but she told me that if I didn't take her other rep then I needed to just leave the store. So I left. I am guessing the other sales rep was her husband or boyfriend. Not sure why she is a manager as she is rude and is definitely stealing from her employees"

"Mia the store manager handled my over the phone order and set me up for delivery. She did a great job of showing me the couches I could have delivered that weekend and handled everything over the phone for me as I live 6 hours away. She’s the only reason they get three stars, without her it’d be zero. However once there the company refused to deliver my couch. Saying they couldn’t bring it up the stairs. My building has 20 other units on the floor with mine, they all have a couch. Also, after canceling this order, I personally delivered my own couch (from another brand) up the stairs by myself. This store being independently own, the owner did not want to issue me a delivery refund. It took arguing three days to finally get it resolved. I own 4 air bnbs currently and plan to close on 4 more this year. I will not use this company solely because the owner only wants to do right by people after they beg for something that should have been refunded instantly."

"I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture near the Galleria. Terry was a pleasure to work with; he was quick to respond to my many questions through text, very professional, and he didn't make me feel pressured at all. I appreciated that he let me look and then come to him when I had questions. My oversized chair was delivered this week and it's perfect! It's more comfortable than my significantly more expensive sofa in my main living area. Thank you, Terry :)"
