"Room was very nice, clean. Bed was comfortable. Evening staff was very friendly & helpful. The man on the desk in the morning was too busy with paperwork to check me out. Just pointed at the counter to leave my key, & grubted uh huh, when I told I was ready to check out & went back to his paperwork. Very rude"

"Was very disappointed in my stay at this location I have stayed at many locations of Country Inn & Suites but the one takes the cake. Our room had roaches see photos management said they would spray, not acceptable so they offered to change our room. I would have loved to be compensated for the inconvenience but they are very indifferent with their guests. Will not be staying at this location every again."

"If you look forward to hotel breakfast while traveling across the country, do NOT stay here. The milk machine was empty and dried and crusty, the milk jug they set out on the counter was hardly in ice and smelt like sour cream. Also crusty. The waffle maker was clogged with dried waffle mix, the pre packaged butter was curdled (unsure how this happens, never seen it before), and they have cheese and milk based whipped cream sitting on the counter without any ice from 6-9am. **See photos** absolutely disgusting. At least the air conditioner cranks."

"I booked a total of four rooms for my out of town family because the location was ideal. I stayed here a few years back and it was a nice stay. Idk if ownership has changed or what but i was so upset and displeased with the service we received. The rooms were dirty and linens had not been changed. The let out couch had French fries in it. There were bugs in the hallway. One of the rooms had roaches in the bathroom. When we alerted management they basically said oh we will come spray, well did you have food in the room lastnight. They were very condescending when speaking with my parents and we left a day early and just stayed somewhere else. I would not ever recommend."
