"We bought 6 Islandic yogurts. One was damaged, with a hole was in the top of one of the containers by the person packing the products we purchased. We took the damaged yogurt to a different Fresh Thyme to exchange it. We were told rudley that we had to return it to the store were we purchased it from. We called the store ( which was 12 miles from where we were and they said the same thing. We threw out the damaged yogurt. We nor anyone we know will shop at Fresh Thyme again."
"I used to go to the one in Fishers, was close to work, its smaller than this one. This Fresh Thyme market is really big. Everything is placed almost the same way, so it was easy to find things. The girl at tge bakery was very helpful. Was neat and clean. Parking was easy. Will definitely go back."
"This was our first visit to this store. We stopped for groceries when we were staying nearby. This location was very well stocked, with all of the brands we're used to finding at Fresh Thyme, as well as a fun little "Made in Indiana " section at the front of the store. The staff members I spoke with were friendly, it was easy to find everything I needed, and the checkout line moved very quickly."
"They are a specialty grocery. They have a nice deli. They have sushi specials one day each week. Hot soups, nice produce, great seafood, wines and beer."
"I used to love this store, but since the winter there had been a huge turnover of staff, and the replacements aren't as friendly or helpful as they once were. The checkout people are inattentive and rarely smile or put the customer first. They make many mistakes, so watch as they ring up your produce! I've been charged for avocados when I bought limes (a 78 cent each mistake). One of their chip readers doesn't work. They blame the banks who issued the cards! Funny how the other chip readers work! The produce is always moldy or full of dirt. It's like the store has no management at all! I'm pretty sure it's a problem unique to this location. The one in Broadripple is so much better! I've posted photos of their produce. Too many examples to post!"
