"Let me start by saying the pharmacy service was awesome! I had a horrible time trying to get my perscriptions filled at walmart and eventually had them sent to Walgreens where Lindsey saved the day! walmart sent my perscriptions to two different Walgreens locations and when I talked to Lindsey on the phone she got eveything straightened out. Not only did she fix it so they were all at this location but she filled and had my perscriptions ready for me within 10 minutes. Truly took a weight off my shoulders and I'll only use this pharmacy from now on."

"If I could leave a zero I would. Staff is rude, incompetent, dishonest, and have no idea what customer service should be. The following have happened multiple times. I've had doctors send over orders only for them to be lost. Blaming the office for not sending it, despite me being right there when they did On one occasion my doctor sent my rx to this pharmacy in error. They refused to transfer it for me saying many things , I have to call the other pharmacy for the transfer or YOU need to give your doctor the right pharmacy to call , this happens too much, or my favorite ....we can no longer serve you here because you're too abusive....I'm a pharmacist over 35, 20 years with Walgreens I know what is professional interaction AND customer service should be as well as what customer service is NOT. Despite my better judgement, I told them to F themselves, only after repeated insults, lies and errors. I have transferred every thing to new pharmacy and will not be back. Remember . A dissatisfied customer will tell between 9-15 people about their experience. Around 13% of dissatisfied customers tell more than 20 people. – White House Office of Consumer Affairs. So as a highly visible person in retail, the word may just slip out about my horrible experiences Meanwhile, Kudos to the new pharmacy. Thanks for taking care of this witlhout a pause. Psssst, as a pharmacist, I know what is expected and what bad service is."

"Went to pick up a prescription on auto-fill. Waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes behind 3 other cars….finally our turn and was told they were closing for lunch. Seriously? You can’t finish assisting the customers that were waiting? Had 3 kids on the car and live half hour away. Only choice was to wait or make another hour trip to town As the medication needs taken daily. Customer service is what separates a good business from a bad one!! Sorry Walgreens-you failed miserably! What happened to staggered lunch times?? I won’t use Walgreens again-CVS pharmacy doesn’t close for lunch!!"

"I have been trading here for the past 20 years and get my medicine from here, too. This particular store used to be 24 hours, but they stopped that couple of years ago. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like them, of course, or I still wouldn't be trading there. I know them all and have seen many go through there as well.
