"Just like the other locations this place smells really bad and it is covered up by an overabundance of dollar store air fresheners... The retro video games behind the glass are impossible to look through, they do not face the English labels on the imported games where you can see them, and they put stacks of other games in front of stuff in the back. There's also a very loud and flamboyant member of the staff, I believe he's the store manager and he is absolutely insufferable. His indoor speaking levels are offensive and he is yelling instead of actually talking. I will purposely avoid this location just so that I do not have to hear that individual yell at his staff. He dresses like a slob and he acts like one. That individual is enough to make me never come here again. Here's some serious advice to anybody and management reading this... You should never have your employees commiserate or badmouth customers that call in as loudly as this staff does. I was there at around 3:00 Wednesday December 27th, and somebody called in and the entire staff was just commiserating and being toxic about their customers loudly on the sales floor. This is abusive behavior and wholly unacceptable. The entire staff needs serious training on what is and is not acceptable behavior, and if it's any indication from the management on duty I don't think this will ever get any better."
