"2 young ladies working in this store. Neither of them were very interested in helping me. Every time I asked a question, I got this attitude like I was interrupting them. But any time their phone made any noise or beep, they were on it in a flash. You lost a sale today due to your employees not doing their job."

"Everyone was extremely helpful Especially the ones working at 2:45 on August 1st 2020. The shoes were on sale for reasonable prices! One person in particular was the most helpful, and Woman Named Rachel... I was paying with cash on the purchase of 2 pairs of shoes and was 2$ short. She then "Helped me out." And brought the cost down to 106$. Not only did this make my day being able to get both shoes. It also showed me how good the people their cane be and has made me a huge fan of footlocker!"
"For buying in store i would give them 4 stars but i purchased some shoes that had to arrive instore they were going to arrive a few days later. Ordered a wednesday they arrived on monday. Kept on calling the number is always disconnected. Called customer service the couldnt inform me if my order was ready to be picked because not even them were able to contact the office. Went a week after and the only thing they said was my order was missing i had to re order again. 2 weeks later finally got my things. Just never going back."
