"Very friendly. Happy to see discounts for seniors. Also 50 percent off first Saturday of month. Special color code sells as well. They move slot of merchandise. Especially love the holiday decorations. Staff are all helpful and friendly."
"I used to live shopping at trinity mission. I have for 20 years. In the past year I've become wheelchair bound. This store is in no way compliant with ADA regulations. I can not get through the aisles at all and I have a very small chair. I sure wish they would care more about inclusiveness than profit."
"The lady that typically works and trains the new employees is so kind. She's always cleaning and organizing the store with a smile. I love coming here. Great experience. There is also a good selection of clothing. It's quick enough to visit between classes and I normally find something to take home."
"I went in inquiring about donating. I was moving and needed to get rid of a few things. I had a washer and dryer, 2 antique bikes, 3 nice area rugs, 55 inch tv stand, yard equipment, nice 2 inch blinds, glass vases, 8 decorative pictures, huge tote with lid, and several other items. Everything modern except for the bikes. I talked to a guy there that seemed very interested in my items. He said he could have someone there to pick up my donation the next day. I told him that I needed them out that day but I could wait an extra day if he could have someone there to pick up the items. He said that he could. I filled out a form and he said he would call me that next day. I waited around and I finally called but didn’t get anyone. I left a voicemail but never received a call back and they never showed up. I ended up sitting the washer and dryer out and took everything else to good will. Why not show up? These were nice sellable FREE items! Makes no sense to me. Wont be back in there to spend or donate. I’m all about great customer service!"
"I love the mission of this store but the prices have gotten a bit high for my budget. I've not been to the store for over a year and found the entrance hard to navigate with a cart as it is narrow and tight."
