"This was our go to place when studying at U of Chicago over 20 years ago. Went back after a long time to see the original owner still active and serving up Indian and southern US dishes at this Hyde Park long standing restaurant. Their Indian combo meals are excellent for sure and have remained so over the decades!!"

"So good with both cuisines!! I had no idea what to order so got (a) the butter chicken combo which was delicious and plenty and then (b) the two piece chicken, which was also delicious. I was traveling and thinking of doing something more formal but so happy I stopped here instead. Folks were nice to help me understand what to order."
