"Service and staff were great. Tux quality was high. Only giving 2 stars because the shoes are so damn cheap. The outer sole is hard plastic as well as the shiny shell. If you are in a wedding you are probably going to have to wear these a very long time. I would have gladly paid extra for rubber soled shoes. I can't believe these cheap things even exist. After speaking with the nice owner at the Merrillville location, I have added another star after he offered some information about the shoes."

She was also there to help when he came in for the fitting, which just made it even better to work with the same person.
