"We have found this to be the best sushi place in the area. We've tried so many other places and nothing compares. We always get the cherry blossom and double roll, then add on other rolls we are feeling in the mood for. Everything is always amazing and fresh. I also recommend the lo mein, edamame, and pot stickers to share. The only reason we are giving this place 4 stars is because we lived along the coast for many years and you can't beat fresh figuring fish like that for sushi."

"Kobayashi owners Jet and Lisa have done an amazing job creating a welcoming atmosphere with the friendliest staff who truly make you feel like family. Their menu has a large selection of options from fresh nigiri and speciality sushi rolls to traditional Asian entrees that are all delicious! I would HIGHLY recommend dining here if you haven't already as the Kobayashi staff are extremely hospitable and the food is AMAZING! My husband and I's favorites are the Mongolian beef, Kobayashi roll, Wicked Tuna roll, and their super fresh otoro and super white nigiri. We also love their selection of sake! I cannot wait until we can come back!"

"Food was great! And the staff were very kind and attentive. The place is fairly small and a bit outdated, but you kind of forget about that once the food comes. I sat at the sushi bar and had the Tropical roll (so good!) and a sample appetizer. The sushi practically melted in my mouth. Good stuff."

"I tried Kobayashi this past weekend with my family and it was very impressed! My family loves going there so I had to give it a try. The orange chicken was super flavorful with real pieces of orange zest in it! I loved the bento option because it came with soup & salad as well as two pieces of sushi. It was so good! My husband got the General Tso’s dinner and loved it. We also REALLY loved the crab Rangoon. Definitely a must have! I’ll for sure be back here. We celebrated our grandmas birthday and they were very kind and accommodating to our large party."
