The atmosphere is casual, like your typical bar and grill. But the food is always good and the portions are generous. So if you're looking for a no-frills Tex-Mex experience, Chili's is a solid choice."

"I took the Mrs. and my elder son to Chili's on 37 in Noblesville to celebrate his 27th birthday. Had a great time and the food was very good - especially the brisket quesadillas and the Double Old Timer (of which the birthday boy took home half in a doggy bag). The only sub-par element is that the air was a little too cold. I know people like air conditioning in the summer time, but ... Brrrr!"
