"I can't believe it, and I never would have guessed it, but I'm telling every person I know to go Access Auto in Lowell when they need a vehicle. This place far surpassed my expectations! When I was looking for a used truck, most of the reviews for used car lots were what I expected... 2½ stars describing slippery car salesmen and lemon cars. And the CARMAX service on our last two vehicles left a lot to be desired. Carvana, NO thank you! When we bought our truck at Access there were a few little things we noticed that we wanted fixed, and Danny fixed them right up! When we went back, my daughter gave me a ride in her Jeep and we pulled in with a burning hot, smoking back tire! He was so helpful, and Danny went above and beyond to make sure we got home safely! I've had my 2010 truck for over a month now, and every time I call, he answers the phone happily, calling me by name. A light came on the dash, he had me bring it right in, told me he'd take care of me, and again... he fixed the problem! This family business has earned all of my future business, and loyalty as a customer, and has honestly blown me away. I feel like I got a good deal because of their devotion and good, old-fashioned customer service. I love my truck, and I feel like I could have them over for dinner! They're great people! No BS, get your next used car here, and tell Danny that Dawn sent you! You won't regret it!"
"This was the most friendly, helpful, and nicest dealership I have ever had the experience of buying a car from. I had a little different situation buying a car from them, and they were super generous. I live in Tennessee. But my parents still live in the Chicago area. Generally there are more cars in the Chicago area so I flew home to look for cars over the weekend. I knew exactly what car I wanted which Access Auto had listed for sale. They were the first dealership I visited. Kyle who is the owner's son had washed the inside and outside of the car. Looked brand new. Now I had trouble getting financing being I lived in Tennessee and have never taken out a loan before. So they agreed to hold the car for me as I find a loan. Long story short, they held the car for me over a week before I could provide them the money for the car. No other dealership would have been so generous to do that for me. If I ever have to purchase another car in the future, I will reach out to Access Auto first, even though I live in Tennessee. They really care about there customer's and doing the right thing! It's hard to find that type of customer service now-a-days!"
"I will give a factual review starting with the great, then good, then bad, and lastly ugly: Great - staff is fantastic and very customer service oriented during the car buying process Good - They are helpful and attempt to help after the car is purchased Bad - While they attempt to help after the car is purchased, it is still a used car place with a typical "3 day warranty" Ugly - I purchased a vehicle and within 3 days the check engine light came on, they attempted to fix it to their credit (minimally) then the owner did take the truck into another car shop to attempt to fix it (he spent 500 of his own to fix the issue), but then it was my problem. Long story short, maintenance has not been done on this vehicle before i bought it by the previous owner, the engine was completely shot. after 3000 dollars, we find out the engine is absolutely shot - To recap the ugly - I purchased a vehicle from them that required an engine swap within a year of purchase. I do believe the owner cares, but i do not believe any inspection was done prior to the vehicle being put on the show room floor. If it was it was minimal. When the vehicle heats up, it loses oil pressure. This means to me the vehicle was not driven to establish if the product they are selling is reliable. At the end of the day the guys are awesome there and it feels like I just got a lemon car. Some may say this is the risk you run when you purchase a used vehicle so I don't know how much I can fault Access Auto. What I can say, when it happens to you, its a much harder pill to swallow then to say this is the risk you run. I have overall spent as much as the vehicle has to cost to repair and it leaves a sour taste in the mouth."
"Danny and Tom were so helpful and Danny was very open with about mechanical work had been done on the car. I had a problem with door handle when I got home. Called, went back the next day and they fixed it immediately, no charge. I felt like they really care about seeing you satisfied. Also, did a lot of online shopping and I believe I got a good deal."
"Amazing service!!! They will bend over backwards to help you find the vehicle of your dreams. Anyone who has ever bought a used car before knows that it won't be perfect because, hello, it is USED, but Danny made sure I was in a safe and reliable SUV. I would recommend this dealership to every single one of my friends and family!"
