"First I get burnt buns on my big cheeseburger then I get a large fry with so few fries in it that the fry container could be closed flat. I'm done with this location!!!"

"I know that good help is hard to find, but don't hire just anyone! The young man working the drive through today (1-28-24 at 525pm) was very rude, short, and problematic! He was so rude I canceled my order and when I asked for corporates number he closed the drive through window. He helped the car behind me and ignored me when I yelled "excuse me" twice and blew my horn. When he came back to the window he asked me was I ready to order and I said no then he proceeded to ask me to get out of his drive through because it was affecting his time. I asked the young man if there was a manager there and he said he was the manager. I then asked again for corporates number and he told me the number is in the lobby. I explained to him that he should be able to give me the number and he said he didn't know it, but it's in the lobby and could I get out of his drive through please. I told him there was no one behind me and what's the problem with him giving me the number? He closed the drive through window and walked away. I work in customer service everyday I work and this was just ridiculous!! Mind you there were no cars in front of me and one behind me! No one in the inside! Not busy at all!!!"

"This review is for all Hardee's not just this location. A few months ago I noticed that they had brought "back" the cinnamon raisin biscuits. I was so happy because it was something my deceased mother and I had shared a love for! I was able to get one 3 times and then nobody had them in stock anymore. I finally called today and was told "the promotion is over"! You should bring them back for good! I will not be back for breakfast until you do!"

"The order was wrong so I went through drive-thru again. Fries were cold and sandwich wrong. She reheated the fries so they were burnt. Demanded the wrong sandwich back but refused to take the nasty fries back saying they could not take food back after it was in a vehicle?? After complaint she told me to get the he'll out of her drive thru and never come back. Believe me.. I never will. I am a God loving person but won't put myself into positions like this. She should be grateful I'm not the owner. I'd fire her!!!"

"Chicken breakfast sandwich was way over cooked dry mess. Sadly I was already on the highway before i realized. Hash rounds were the only edible thing and those were done perfectly."
