Wendy's 1065 South Park Drive, Greenwood, IN 46143

"Went to the drive through Friday evening around 8pm. Placed order, pulled around and noticed 2 cars had already pulled ahead past the pick up window waiting on food. I received my drinks and was told to pull over to the parking spots and my food would be delivered. 15 minutes later the 2 vehicles that were there when I arrived finally received their food. Meanwhile I now have 3 more cars waiting next to me for food. A worker comes out and tries to give the car next to me food and he turns them away because it’s not his order. They go back inside. About a minute later someone brings me “my food” and leaves. I look inside the bag and see that this is not my food order at all! Another worker is now at the car next to me speaking with the car about their order. There is probably 3 more cars now that have placed orders and are waiting as well. I roll down my window and let the worker know that this is not my food. She tells me she has no idea what my food order is and what I want her to do about it. I told her to take this food, I was there about 30 mines now and I was done for the night. We then went through the drive through at McDonald’s, placed order, got food and within 2 minutes were in our way. Bottom line, do not bother with this Wendy’s. They charge way too much for food only to not get the correct food order. Management needs to do better!"

"I really don't like writing bad reviews. This has to be said a few years ago. Wendy's was the only fast food I would eat. Now it's just disgusting well the Wendy's that are close to my house. It's just very disappointing !"

"Ordered chicken nugget meals for my kids. Cheeseburgers for myself and a spicy chicken Sandwich. Didn't get the chicken nuggets, cold burger kids meals, and got a big bag of fries with no straws at all for the drinks."

"I kind of feel robbed. All I did was remove the lid. I love this chili and I get it almost weekly and never have I gotten such a disappointing serving. Also no crackers were in the bag. Are they on request only?? Otherwise, the drive thru was super fast!!"

"I wouldn't even give this Wendy's a 1 star. I went in and literally everyone there had a mean mug face. No smiles at all. They looked miserable. 1st time being at this location and I will never come back. They werent busy at all. Dining room was a mess. Trash over filled. About 6 people in the kitchen but the dining room looked like hell to me. My food was cold. My chicken was old. They werent taking cash because I heard the manager say why when we have kiosk that work and take credit. Every window and door had a sign as well. Just terrible. I wish I took a pic of the crew in the back. The GM NEVER SMILED NOR COMMUNICATED EITHER."
