"I absolutely hate coming here but it the only closet fast food around my area. Every single time I go they always mess up my order! I swear, if there was less teenagers working there it would be all fine. But I guess they wanna ruin another good place to eat. 1 STAR ⭐️"
"I went through the drive thru. I was asked to park in spot #1 like I have many others so no big deal. I sat there for 20 minutes. I finally went into the store to see employees huddled around the managers phone watching a video as the drive thru line was packed and I had been waiting 20min for a chicken nugget happy meal and a cheeseburger only catchup. Apparently they had to “re-ring” my order because they couldn’t find my previous order. As i am in my way back home my son finds out he did not receive his cheeseburger. They gave him an additional 4 piece nugget instead. If the employees were not worried about hitting their vapes in front of the service counter and watching videos I would assume the service would end up better than it has been. This experience is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks. I will refrain from spending money there and will be telling those around me to stay away. I could understand a mistake here and there if there was effort being given. Unfortunately most of the employees could care less about the people that work there and especially the customers. I also wrote to McDonald’s corporate and still no response…"
"Overall service was great and food was alright. My father's order was messed up severely, but they immediately fixed the mistake no questions asked. Some tables were still quite dirty and such, I know it's busy sometimes but I'm sure you can find some time to wipe them down?"
