"If I could give service a lower rating I would. I give this place chances over and over and they make my order wrong everytime. I wonder how since what I order is printed off on paper or on a screen all you have to do is read it. The last time I went the lady at the pay window told me “You’re wasting my time.” I’ve been waiting in your drive through for over 20 minutes…. Who is wasting whose time? They are so rude and if you are honestly that miserable at your job why do you stay and work there? I would never recommend this location because they surely don’t care about anything. As I’m writing this review they messed up my order AGAIN and my issue is I am charged extra for extra things that they always forget. They just take your money and give poor service. I would skip this place."

"The dining room regularly closes without warning, locking the doors and not putting a sign on them. I live nearby, so I walk to the place pretty often, and getting all the way there to find that I can't order without taking a car through the drive-through is really frustrating. Editing for December 2023: it's worse than ever. The dining room is almost never open. Avoid."

"This store is severely understaffed. The drive thru people are clearly frustrated on a regular basis. If you are the only one sitting at the window, no one in front of you, they often take up to 5 minutes to even acknowledge your presence at the window."

"I came for breakfast. The place was clean, the bathrooms were clean. The food was fresh and tasty. However, the wait time was long because they were short staffed, but the staff that was there was very polite and had good customer service skills."

"Consistently bad service every time I try to attempt to eat here. If you’re trying to go on your lunch break skip it and go elsewhere as you are going to wait minimum 30 minutes. The entire staff, including the manager are rude. They yell, argue, and curse at customers even patrons that are being very calm and understanding. They consistently get orders wrong. They refuse to stop taking orders when people are already waiting 45+ minutes to receive their food. All around bad, nothing good to say about this location, skip coming here!!!!"
