"I was in line for about 20-25 mins, 4 cars ahead of me and about 4 behind me. One car left in front and 2 cars in back of me. I really didn't notice I was in line that long because I was on the phone. The food was garbage!!! It was old like it's been made a few hours and the bread was HARD."
"I haven’t been to many White Castles because I live in Texas, but of the ones I’ve been to on my travels this one was very quick and service was friendly. Food came out fast and tasted fresh. Good experience!"
"I go here every so often and occasionally the hash browns taste like they were made in some really old, nasty oil, but last night my order was 100% correct, hot, and tasty! Can't complain."
"Fast, sometimes amazingly fast. Any type of slider is the obvious choice here. The "breakfast anytime" Toast Sandwich -- with egg, American cheese, and either bacon or sausage -- is very good imo; it's probably not much different from a slider in its price per calorie, or in its healthiness. A sack of hash brown nibblers is a lot of food for the price (1440 calories for $3.89), looks healthy by fast food standards, but is a little bland (esp. without lots of ketchup, or some other sauce.) Nice interior, although sometimes tables could use a quick wipe. I believe public wifi is standard at all White Castles. However, it's not unusual for this restaurant to be "open" only for the drive-thru."
"The sign on the door says dining room opens at 9. I was there Saturday morning at 9:20 am the dining room was locked, it was raining and I wasn’t driving, but the manager on-site said that I would have to walk up to the drive through window to place my order. yes Not only were they late to unlock the dining room but also put me in a very dangerous situation as walking up to a drive through window as there were cars in front of me and behind me. Terrible customer service, they weren’t accepting debit cards only cash and using a cell phone to calculate orders and the fries weren’t even fresh. I will spend my money elsewhere."
