"You would think after two years of customer dissatisfaction that this company would have straightening up by now, considering that prom wedding, and other occasion seasons are money-making season, but no once again, what another disappointment and I tell you, my brother was giving the benefit of the doubt, but he did not rise to the occasion. I’m not all about putting our people down, but I am about the care for my People and want to inform them of the risks they will be taking. Do to other previously experience and my witnessing I recommend that you DO NOT do business here."

"My godson mom came to this establishment to get his suit made for prom back in January she let them know what she wanted and gave pictures and left the deposit they ensured her they can get the job done and it will look fire.. We had to call the store in February to see when are we suppose to come in for a fitting which was crazy they should have been calling us. We had to reach out to him again in April to ask when do he need to come in for a fitting. He went to the fitting the pants was too big and the jacket was too tight and had buttons hanging they said they will fix it. We have been reaching out everyday about the suit but no response and prom is Saturday and we still don't have the suit please do not use this establishment."

"GQ Gentlemen is an unprofessional disgraceful business. This store left me and my eight groomsmen without our tuxedos 5 DAYS BEFORE the wedding. I almost had to cancel my wedding due to the irresponsible actions of this shop. On January 20th I place my order for a custom suit priced at $800 with a 6 week completion time frame. On February 8th my groomsmen ordered their suits for $250 with a 2 week delivery time frame. The manager Dave lied to me multiple times on the phone and in person about the status of my order. Dave attempted to use the COVID-19 pandemic and protesting as excuses for delays and poor service. My wedding date was set for June 7th and all suits were due to be ready in March before the pandemic started so this was unacceptable. One week prior to the wedding Dave affirmed via phone that my suit was ready for pickup and there was zero issues with it. On the day to pick up the suits Dave first gave me a suit which was too small. After that suit didn’t fit Dave then showed me my custom suit which was was made with the wrong colors and velvet fabric made from a couch. We then addressed him about his lies and demanded refunds for the entire wedding party. I have attached the photo of the suit and have more details for anyone with questions."

"Over priced China bought garments. MOST OF These are the same blazers in AliExpress and DHGate. They tried selling me a blazer and tie combo for $399 when I found the same EXACT one being sold at SuitFellas (**suitsmartt** on IG/INSTAGRAM) for $249 and yes they will ship to you as well if needed. I ended up going with "GiovanniTesti" which is the maker of the blazer and was 250 cheaper than what these clowns was selling it for. **Check out ** and "" both on Instagram for the same designer suits for nearly half the cost. These clowns are ripping people off!!!!! I initially contacted these clowns after coming across them on Instagram and expressed to them that I was looking for a blazer for my son to wear to prom. They didn't have the one they had JUST RECENTLY advertised on their IG page but did send me another one via video through Facebook. When I discovered the price was $399, I asked them if they had anything cheaper as I was not interested in spending that kind of money for my son to wear the jacket for a few hours and hang it up in the closet possibly to never wear it again...they stopped responding. All before they would respond almost instantly even took time to not just sent pics but a video. I attempted to reach these people again via Facebook messenger over the course of day...they never would respond although I would see where they had read the message. I then asked them if me not being willing to pay their high markups for garments they purchased from an overseas site for an 8th of what they want me to pay, as to the reason I never heard back from them. ------------------> Of course this time they responded right away claiming to be soooo "BUSY" all of a sudden and that they can't respond to all messages because they "literally receive hundreds of emails a day". I was then told that I would not be blessed for being "CHEAP, PICKY and a KNOW IT ALL". Needless to say, I continued my search and found better..nicer and cheaper since I am so "picky" and it's my dang money so I can afford to be anyway I choose when spending my coins. Don't buy into the hype and get ripped off...i found nicer at -------> suitsmartt on Instagram. Check them out being throwing your hard earned money at these bozos!"
