"Worst customer service in town! They cannot speak English and the Manager actually yelled at me because they forgot my sandwich. I drove round trip 24 miles, then had to go back, stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and actually hollered for help. Then the rudeness set in. Skip this McDonalds....they cannot even execute a simple cheeseburger.... absolutely terrible!"

"This is a typical McDonalds but close to our home. The service is absolutely the slowest you can imagine. It is better during the daytime/workdays not weekends, when adults are working there. They short change the amount of fries you are supposed to get. I was told by one of the kids that worked there that their boss told them to do that to save money. If we had other fast food options, I would go elsewhere for my son."

"I had a reward code for free food that I redeemed through the app. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru to place my order. The code had expired in that time, and I was unable to redeem points for another one. It is hit and miss on the speed and accuracy. It seems like this is becoming the norm everywhere now. They all seem to be struggling. Can't recommend for anyone in a hurry that needs dependable and reliable service. If you're not in a hurry, the inside is nice, and the staff have always been pleasant."

"This McDonalds really needs improvement in staff training. Almost everytime we go there there is something not right with our order. The tables are always all dirty, no straws and lids for the drinks out and more often than not our fries are cold. All of which reverts back to staff training and management."

"Ordered a large fry.... And as the photo shows, this is what they gave me. It's not that it's a bad restaurant chain... We've experienced being skimped fries more times than I can count. For $3.50, can't you deliver an actual order of fries? Not overfilled - just what I paid for. This (and they were lukewarm) was just disappointing."
