"This location needs some proper training when it comes to upkeep. One of their employees was made to clean the store floor without a working vacuum or broom. She had to get on her hands and knees to pick up the trash for two hours! How does the store not have the proper equipment to keep the store working and clean? This is completely unacceptable. The responsibility of having the proper cleaning equipment should fall on the store/store manager, not the employees."
