"I have ordered 5 items for in-store pickup, what I have paid online by PayPal. I only selected items what was shown as available in this particular store. First I received a notification that 3 out of the 5 item was cancelled, as they do not have it anyway. once we went there they have found it anyway, they just did not look carefully. Even that it was already paid, now they charged for the whole 5 item anyway, and in the customer service they cannot tell how I will get back my money, what I already paid. Very bad customer experience :-((((("

"I came in May 31 around 6pm. I was really pleased with the three ladies that helped me today. They all tagged teamed me to get me where I needed. Lydia helped and was very personable. The other lady in the fitting room was fun and the lady that checked me out was super knowledgeable about a lot in the store."
