"What’s the point of a drive thru if you park every single car that comes through. Been sitting here for almost 10 minutes while no one else has been served. Just more parked cars. If I get asked to park one more time I’m not coming back. Edit to add the food was cold and wrong. Never mind about next time. I won’t be back."

"I have always thought that the I65 and SR44 in Franklin was the best McDonalds in the South Marion County/ Johnson County area but, my experience today might make me rethink that. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I have always had good service and decent food. Some employees even showed exemplary courtesy and service. Thank you and keep up the good work!"

"They seem to be working hard because no one is standing around. Not sure why I always have issues with orders taking a long time to fill, missing items not put in the bag, or not getting the correct items. It happens everytime. Hopefully it will get better."

Curbside pickup has been repeatedly TERRIBLE with waits over 20 minutes. When calling to check, I was hung up on. I also tried the drive thru to question. Final wait: 45 minutes for cold food with missing kids meal juices."
