"My grandchildren had a wonderful time. I'm not into fast food, so I can not rate it. I love that I call it the jumbo gym, it was very entertaining for the children."
"Staff was nice but the manager is not. She was pretty rude and seemed bothered. Told me I could not buy a child's toy without buying to whole meal. The play place if nice but when my child got his chin split open it was hard to even get a band aid. If the manager doesn't like her job, she should work somewhere else. The nuggets seemed fresh but soggy inside like they were not cooked long enough."
"I want to start off by saying I've never had this much of a problem at a McDonald's in my life! But when I go the day before for 2 waters and it's 50cent, then go the next day and it's 2 dollars!!!! Heck no! Not only that I check with the first window lady verifying (because there's no way 2 waters is 2 dollars) she lies and says no it's a dollar for both waters! I proceed to get my receipt showing it's 2 dollars and go to the next window and ask her to fix it, she comes back wants the waters back and asks what else I need....I tell her I need the refund! So she starts with an attitude saying she needs my card, comes back and goes "have a great day" then shuts the window, and I still have yet to even get my FOOD! I check my receipt making sure I didn't get a full refund for everything, and wave at the window telling her I still need my food...just saying I went across the street and got 2 FREE waters from subway....I am furious, not only for the service but that these workers are manipulating A WATER!!!!!"
"Legit got two quarter pounders with cheese one plain and one with no pickle. Got home took two bites, me and my fiancés Pattie’s was pink as hell. Made me gag so bad. Like how can you not cook a pattie all the way through? I called up there three times in a row and nobody picked up the phone. Well I took pictures so here ya go."
