"I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt this would be an exception. This is the worst experience to McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I own a barbershop right down the street so I eat here quite often and every single time I eat here my order gets messed up or they forget a sandwich or something around those lines. I don’t know if it’s the fact that every employee they hire, doesn’t know a lick of English or what their situation is but they need to get it together ASAP. I do not understand how you can get somebody’s order wrong every single time they come there I just went today matter fact. Today is February 20, 2024 and I had to repeat my order three times and they still didn’t get my order right and when I got home I was missing two different sandwiches and they expect to be paid more. Give me a break you can’t even get a simple order right what makes you think you deserve $15 an hour"

"TLDR this location needs a staff overhaul. Has to be one of the slowest McDonalds around. Doesn’t matter if you go in or drive thru. No hussle in the team. Team does not follow the special instructions. Food is good when it’s right and finally gets to you. Regional management is not paying attention to this location. They don’t even wipe down the table number stands after the customers order is delivered. Stands were sticky and fingerprinted with grease. Only has one small bin for ketchup for dine in."

"We raised the prices on evertything. We even took sweet tea out of the dining room so we can overcharge you for it. Then we'll give you an empty cup when you pay the extra money for that tea. Also, our English isn't so good. And we stopped staffing the front counter."

"We went in around 3 so it was busy in the drive thru but they got my mom's sandwich and mine wrong and somehow swapped but backwards? And there was a man in there who was very loud on the phone. And it was pretty busy in the dining area. The food was good and hot and they were very nice."

"Hopefully your not in a hurry because they can't keep up. With the prices you charge now the customer service should be outstanding sadly its the opposite. Save your money eat at home it's not faster or easier"
