"We have been here 4 times so far. It is family owned, which is nice, but sometimes the wait to order is pretty long even if they aren’t busy. The food is usually good. Some of the food is similar in taste. Only had one issue which was the last time we have been, my boyfriend loves spicy so tried level 6 and I like a little spice at level 2. They switched the heat levels and my food was level 6 while his was level 3. I don’t like to complain so we just switched and I suffered through the heat. Hopefully next time will be a better experience."

"Craving Indian food led us to Taj Mahal take out. We placed the order on their website and we were charged $2 convenience fee. In addition, there was a $5 suggested tip for take out as well. Ok. The food was to be ready in 20 minutes according to the website, but it took additional 15 when we arrived for pick up. Not sure why as the place was not that busy. We got a tika masala that came without rice. I just realized it when I came home and didn’t have time to go back to the restaurant. Garlic naan was just a bit on a pricier side, with two of them seeing you back $8.00. My cholay was good but just over salted a bit. Mild was just that, a mild so spicy level was on point. There was no onion chutney to accompany any of the dishes. I saw on their door that a buffet is $18.00, for whoever would be interested in that option. Indoor dining and plenty of parking."

"The food was excellent and authentic. I had the Chicken Rogan Josh (5) and my companion had the Chicken Tikka Masala(4). Their spice level goes from 1-6. We also ordered the Aloo Paratha--which is a Naan bread stuffed with potato. Trust me you will want it to dip in the sauce from your main dish. Food was all great. If you haven't ate Indian food before go with the Chicken Tikka Masala it is perfect. If you love the heat, I thought I could have gone with a 6 on my order and would have been fine. However, order your food ahead of time! I had to give the service a 1 star because it took over an hour for us to get our food and we got there around 6:40, so it was already getting later in the evening. Not sure what happened in the kitchen, but it was frustrating. The quality and price per food was amazing. I will probably order my food to go next time."

"Taj Mahal is not your destination for ambiance. You come here to eat. If you like pretty, turn back now. That being said, do not let the plain looks of this place fool you. The food is outstanding. I LOVE Indian food and am frankly angry at myself for waiting as long as I did to try it out. We ordered Pekora chicken and fries (which are weirdly good for an Indian restaurant) for the kids and they couldn't get enough. My wife and I ordered the tomato soup and garlic naan for appetizers, she got the shrimp masala and I chose the butter chicken, and for drinks she went with the hot chai tea and I obviously had the mango lassi which is the best decision I've made today. Everything was fresh, sauces tasted authentic, portions were spot on. We were blown away at the quality of the dishes. And to top it all off the bill was less than 60 with a big takeout box of leftovers for tomorrow. Do not sleep on this place, your lifespan is actually shortened the longer you hold out."
